Business Development project // Private client – Carpet industry

In a 3 months-long strategic process, we helped our client develop design fundamentals and guidelines for their future scenarios in regards to business development and service design.

Dywilan S.A. is the largest wool carpet manufacturer in Poland.

This project was conducted together with our partners from Service Design Poland and Sunday is Monday.

While working on the Dywilan case, we conducted:

• 3 intensive workshop sessions (with company representatives as well as external experts, users and non-users)
• 31 in depth interviews with users, non-users and experts
• held 5 strategic meeting in smaller groups
• conducted strategic audit and post-analysis delivering a set of recommendations for future scenarios
